Hi,

I am the Director and Founder of Standtall Consulting. I started this business as I myself reached a cross roads, wanting to balance spending time with my two lively young boys and still have a fulfilling career.

I am a business graduate and gained 13 years' experience prior to starting this business, predominantly as recruiter. I was previously employed as Head of Recruitment for a Recruitment and HR Consultancy based in Greater London.

I have worked with clients from a wide range of industry sectors including (but not limited to) Professional Services and Management Consulting, Consumer Goods, Retail, Not-For-Profit, Technical, Creative, Medical and Academic. I also offer coaching to clients at various stages of their career, from students to senior management, business owners and professors.

I have found my niche and get incredible enjoyment and satisfaction from what I do - helping you to identify what is important to you and enabling you to utilise your strengths in order to be successful and happy in your career.
